To start a return, please contact our customer service team at trendtrove1004@gmail.com. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You can drop off your package at the designated shipping location as instructed in the return label.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges.
To expedite the process, consider placing a new order before returning your original item to ensure availability.
We strive for quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any supporting photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference, at no additional cost to you.
For customers outside of India, please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return will not be reimbursed.
